Q. When will an item be back in stock?
A. We regularly update our stock availability, however, should you see something that is not available please feel free to contact us at premier@dusa.co.uk
Q. Is everything you sell available online?
A. No there are a few items that are only available in-store, however, please check back regularly as we do update the online catalogue when new stock arrives.
Q. I need help placing an order.
A. If you require help placing an order via our website, please send us an email at premier@dusa.co.uk and one of our team will be happy to help.
Q. Do you offer a student discount?
A. Our pricing is already reflective of being a predominantly based student store and we are committed to reinvesting any surplus profits back into student welfare facilities and as such cannot provide any further discounts.
Q. Do I need to create an account to place and order?
A. No, you can complete your order as a guest without creating an account.
Q. How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
A. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible for delivery via Royal Mail. Please ensure you include either an email or a telephone number at the checkout to enable you to receive up to date delivery information about your order from Royal Mail.
Q. Can I cancel/change my order?
A. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at premier@dusa.co.uk We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Cost of the return will fall to the customer.
Q. Can I return my order?
A. Yes, if you need to return your order for any reason, please send us an email at premier@dusa.co.uk and a member of our team will be happy to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Cost of postage will be deducted from your total refund amount.

A. Free collection is available at the Premier store at Dundee University Students Association, Balfour Street, DD1 4 HP.
